Job Profile:

Microfinance Business

Head of Microfinance Business (Head Office, Karachi)

Job Profile:

  • Lead role in setting up the Bank’s Microfinance business.
  • Developing relevant governance policies, procedures and marketing/ business plan.
  • Analysis of competition, products and processes on an on going basis.
  • Develop new cost effective marketing strategies to improve outreach.
  • Oversee credit and risk control’s policy adherence in Microfinance operations.
  • Prepare financial projections and models so as to ensure growth and sustainability of business.
  • Suggest risk management and mitigation strategies with respect to Microfinance.

Skills Required:

  • Requisite computer skills for presentations, communication and data analysis.
  • Acquaintance with the MIS & Accounting systems for day to day Microfinance operations.
  • A thorough understanding of Microfinance performance, metrics/indicators and the ability to interpret and process business data.

Educational Background & Experience:

Compliance

Section Head – Fraud Management (Head Office, Karachi)

 

Job Profile:

  • Investigation of reported incidents of frauds, forgeries, cash shortages, cash embezzlement, forged documents bearing Bank’s name, miscellaneous complaints regarding misappropriation of funds and special assignments assigned by the Head of Compliance.
  • Manage day to day operations of Fraud Management Section including regulatory reporting.
  • Liaison with External Law Enforcement Agencies (NAB, FIA, Police) during investigation of reported frauds.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent analytical skills.

  • 8 years experience of fraud investigations or special audits in a financial institution with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Masters level education in Banking or Finance. LLB degree holders shall be preferred.

Administration & General Services

Section Head – Premises Management (Head Office, Karachi)

 

Job Profile:

  • To manage and supervise premises development projects including construction and renovation of branches and offices, identification and procurement of new premises, negotiation of rental agreements, liaising with contractors/ consultants/ architects etc.
  • To ensure cost effectiveness in all premises related projects and ensure that all projects are completed within the defined time lines.
  • To manage general maintenance of the Bank’s premises including head office and branches.
  • To manage payments to contractors and other vendors in line with the laid down policies and procedures.
  • To be fully conversant with alternate/ renewable energy solutions. Prior experience in installation of solar and wind energy solutions shall be an added advantage.

Branch Manager – Retail Banking (Multiple positions available in Karachi, Lahore,  Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Bahawalpur, Dadu, Sukkur)

 

  • The position is responsible for branch profitability, identifying and developing new business relationships, achieving business targets for deposit mobilization and consumer assets such as car and home financing.
  • Candidate must have 5 years of commercial/ Islamic banking experience with 1 year in a team management role.
  • Minimum Graduate, preferably Masters.

Branch Manager – Corporate/ Full Service Banking (Multiple positions available in Karachi,  Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Sialkot)

 

  • The position is responsible for branch profitability, identifying and developing new business relationships, sales team management, achieving business targets for corporate assets, trade business, consumer assets and deposit mobilization.
  • Candidate must have 5 years of commercial/ Islamic banking experience with 1 year in a team management role.
  • Minimum Graduate, preferably Masters in Business, Finance or Economics.

Relationship Manager – Commercial / SME (Multiple positions available across Pakistan)

 

  • The position is responsible for New Business Development in Commercial and SME sectors. Initiate Credit Proposals and liaise with clients for documentation and statutory requirements.
  • Candidate must have 3 years of commercial/ Islamic banking experience with at least 1 year in similar role.
  • Minimum Graduate, preferably Masters in Business, Finance or Economics.

Relationship Officer – Commercial / SME (Multiple positions available across Pakistan)

 

  • The position is responsible for New Business Development in Commercial and SME sectors. Provide assistance in initiation of Credit Proposals and Liaise with clients for documentation and statutory requirements.
  • Candidate must have 1 years of commercial/ Islamic banking experience.

  • The position is responsible for managing a team of business executives to achieve business targets for deposit mobilization, consumer assets such as car and home financing and Bancatakaful.
