Key responsibilities:
  • To Provide outstanding 24/7 customer services over the phone.
  • Catering to customers’ banking requests, answer or escalate customers’ queries & complaints related to products and services.
  • Maintaining a strong communication channel via constant coordination with nationwide branches and Head Office departments.
Skills required:
  • Excellent communication skills (fluent in Urdu & English)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working under pressure & in shifts
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • People with Islamic banking knowledge will be preferred
Qualification:Minimum Graduation
Experience:Experienced & fresh candidates with age up to 30 Years.
