The primary responsibilities of a Relationship Manager – Retail include Sales and Marketing of Bank’s products and services through relationship building and interaction with clients, mobilizing deposits, introducing New to Bank customers and contributing to the growth of Bank’s overall portfolio. Though the position has specific targets, timely achievement of targets over a defined period of time leads to career growth. Applicants, shortlisted according to the mentioned eligibility criteria, will be required to appear in an aptitude test followed by panel interviews. The selected candidates will then go through a structured training program which includes a combination of both Classroom and On-the-Job Training.
